Quotes are valid for 7 Days.
Special Dietary Requirements, Allergies and other Requests must be confirmed in writing prior to confirming the booking.
Bookings must be confirmed within 7 working days of the commencement of the Function. Final Numbers must kindly also be confirmed within 7 working days of the event.
Once the Quote has been accepted, a 70% non-refundable booking fee is payable to confirm the booking. The balance of the payment as specified in the quote or invoice is payable by 3 working days prior to the function. Failure of payment will result in the automatic cancellation of the function.
